      How the line works
      1. Raise. Hold 10,000 $RAISELINE. The opening bid is at least 0.001 ETH; every raise is at least 10% over the top bid.
      2. Raised over. The bid you raise over is credited back in full plus 10% of it, paid by you, the moment your raise lands.
      3. The pot. 5% of every bid goes into the pot. When the clock runs out, the top of the line takes its bid back plus the pot. A raise in the last 90 seconds pushes the close out 90 seconds.
